Jingle all the way!

It all started on Christmas eve with santa a pj's!

Look what I got for Christmas!

We had a sugar cookie contest and I think Tami won with her awesomely cool goofy!

Taylor took me on a get-a-way to a bed & breackfast in Idyllwild!

Isn't the snow just georgeous!

San Diego

For Christmas we went to San Diego with the Ballings. We stayed in some fun condos that were pretty close to the beach! It was BEAUTIFUL!

Saturday: we went on the "Seal" which was a land/water vehicle!

Then we went to the beach!

Sunday: we went to the castilla light house

then to some tide pools!

Monday: we wentto Sea World!

I looked out the window and what did I see...

SNOW was falling on the ole' palm tree!

Winter brought me such a nice surprize!

Snow accumulating right before my eyes!

I could take a handfull and make treat!

A big snowball that did taste so sweet!

and, it was really SO!

1,2,3...COOKIES!

I first leaned abou these cookies when i lived in Hawaii for a summer with my friends. We were pretty poor & it was expensive to buy all the ingredients to bake cookies (eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, etc.) Then our roomate made these ymmy cookies with only 1 cake mix, 2 eggs, amd 1/3 cup oil! she even put rolos in the middle of chocolate! My friends and I could buy a cakemix for way cheap so once we learned this secret we started trying it ourselves. Some of my favorites are lemon, fun fetti, chocolate with snickers or rolos, and last night Kathy made chocolate with ande's mint chips! mmmmmmmmmmm!

If you want to try it out just mix the igredients and bake at 350 for about ten minutes! Happy cookies!

The Source of the Stink!

Ever since I first visited Taylor's family there has been a disturbing odor residing in the air! Everyone just says, "oh it's the chickens," but today I actually saw, heard, and smelled those little devils when I went for a walk/jog! (I can't beleive it's December & still soo warm out!)
Well, I think I am getting accustomed to the smell, but l still think I have to put the smell of those chickens in my top 5 worst smells ever list!

Some kids in Taylor's clas are on the wrestling team so we went and watched them and Taylor explained everything to me!

We wanted to get into the christmas spirit so McIntosh's came over and we made this sweeet Gingerbread house!

Gobble Gobble

It was November 22, 2008 when we arrived in Park City, Utah.
The air was COOL and crisp and full of Thanksgiving spirit! Ourjourney was long , but this sign just made us feel right at home!

Our good ole friend Sean came by to visit!
(and get a ride to the airport)

We dared to venture out in the cold to see the city,
but only for a few minutes!

We were so excited when the warm sun came out!
The art galleries were awesome!

The kiddies spent the day playing in pretty frozen snow!

and some tried to relax

I got to go have lunch with my dear friends the MAUD squad.

An then there was Thanksgiving!
We were extra excited because we got double dinners!

Then off to the Horsppools for a second delicious dose!

Unfortunately it all came to an end, and we drove & drove & drove!
